Case Study:
Problem
Customer had a leak initially of which rotted the sub floor including some of the joists, of which included a leaking soil pipe connection of which also rotten the flooring supporting several interior walls.
Solution
Remove the entire contents of the houses ground floor extension including the removal of the Kitchen, Flooring, Walls, doors and downstairs cloakroom.
Works in brief
- Joists replaced
- Floors replaced, prepared and tile throughout
- Walls & Doorways replaced and re plastered
- Kitchen upgraded and replaced
- Plumbing updated and cloakroom including fittings replaced.
