Severe Woodworm & Rot
Problem
The old floor had layers of existing floor coverings and had started to give way, a bit like a trampoline! When a test patch was inspected it revealed the presence of woodworm, upon further inspection this is one of the worse cases we have ever seen!
Solution
- Existing floor coverings removed
- Sub floor and joists removed
- Area treated and decontaminated
- Joist and fixings reconfigured satisfying current building regulations.
- Floor and coverings renewed
