First Floor Replacement

• Floor was uneven due to underlying historical movement 
• Floor had a lack of sufficient structural support
• Existing floor boards and joists had suffered a wood worm infestation.

Solution:

• Remove existing laminate flooring, Subfloor and joists 
• Prep area including block work 
• Install a level upgraded floor structure surpassing current building regulations.
• Fit new structural grade flooring.
